Terms of service
These terms cover a RESURGE subscription bought through this site. Full terms are being finalised with counsel; the summary below is what we hold ourselves to today.
The service
RESURGE sends full-size 5×7 bifold greeting cards to the people on your list, personally signed and with your business card inserted, and notifies you when a card lands so you can make the call. You choose the list. We do not contact anyone on your behalf beyond the cards you have asked us to send.
Billing and the free first month
Plans are monthly and billed in advance by our payment provider. Promo code FREE makes the first month free; billing starts at your plan price when the free month ends. There are no setup fees and no hidden costs.
Changing or cancelling
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle and any cards not yet in production. We do not refund a cycle already mailed.
Your list
You confirm that you have the right to send mail to the people you add, and that the addresses you provide are accurate. We use your list only to run your campaign.
